We are a small community theatre listening room so what you bring to the stage is the focus. We hope you will feel the welcome, encouragement and support as you perform your creative offerings.

Matlen Starsley Band is a musical project featuring former and current members of the Bryan Adams Band, The Ray Roper Project, Touchdown, Straight Shooter and Fandango. Their music is an eclectic mix of country, blues, guitar heavy southern rock and roots music.

From singing on stage with Stevie Wonder and Michael Buble to theatre performances on stages all around North America, Dos Santos brings her eclectic style, powerful vocal prowess and magnetic charm to every performance she delivers.

Death of a Salesman meets Mr Bean in Joylyn Secunda’s solo physical comedy The Routine. Join a lonely office worker on their quest for connection and fulfillment. The mundane becomes the extraordinary as each vignette and dance takes you deeper into a whimsical world of illusion. The Routine will leave you in stitches and remind you of the magic within.

ARTIST ON THE RISE - Connor Nelson

With Barney, Shari and Tom all engaged in active solo careers and recordings, the trio gets together for a run of shows as often as possible, always bringing new tunes to the table to work up as only BTU can. Their blend of acoustic guitars, mandolin, fiddle and swoon-worthy three-part harmonies along with their obvious love of performing together is enduring and inspiring.    

The magnetic husband-and-wife duo of BC Entertainment Hall of Famer, Bill Sample, and Darlene Cooper.  Adding horns to their line up, namely Tom Keenlyside on tenor sax and Jim Hopson on trombone, they play groove-oriented jazz with a funky/gospel twist (Jazz Crusaders, Dr Music) to intimate ballads by the great ladies of jazz, in particular Nancy Wilson.  Rounding out the band will be Miles Foxx Hill on bass and Randall Stoll on drums.  Collectively, this team of musicians has played with everyone from Ray Charles to Celine Dion.

Valdy, born Valdemar Horsdal in Ottawa, Canada has been part of the fabric of Canadian pop and folk music for almost 40 years. A man with a thousand friends, from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island to Texas to New Zealand, he’s a singer, guitarist and songwriter who catches the small but telling moments that make up life.
