A live performance space that is ideal for concerts, recitals, theatre and dance performances, and comes complete with lights, drapes and sound system. It is a a multi-use blackbox with seating for up to 90 people in whatever configuration you need. The space also doubles as fitness or dance studio.
A beautifully spacious studio with sprung floors and mirrors which is available for dance or fitness classes., photography sessions, or standup receptions. A huge picture window and hardwood floors.make it a lovely, peaceful environment for any activity or event.
Setup a dinner party, a standup reception, a conference, or a dance party - anything goes in this space! A ready collection of 84 chairs and a sound system are available - additional tables can easily be rented from a local party rental store and then customize with your own decor.

Hardwood bamboo floors (can be covered with marley flooring for dance)
Mirrors, and black drapes to draw over them as needed
Ballet barres
A spacious change room

The Bez Arts Hub, located just outside Vancouver, BC is Langley's newest arts venue. Featuring adjustable lighting, a sprung dance floor, sound system, and moveable chairs and risers, this black box theatre is a unique space for your event or creative project.
We're excited to curate a range of arts events at the Bez and welcome inquiries from interested artists about renting the space when it's available.
BTW, you can only access the entrance eastbound on 64 Ave, and we are down the side of the building that has Lifemark Physiotherapy on the front.
